PRP has five meeting rooms available for hire

1. How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation for a meeting or an event by simply returning to us the form below, duly completed and signed where indicated. If you wish to make any special arrangements or if you have any special requests, then please do not hesitate to contract our Customer Services Manager, who will be glad to help you. If you are making a reservation on behalf of somebody else, then please let us know so that we can complete any necessary forms or documents. Weekend bookings are subject to an additional £75.00 + VAT administrative fee per day.
2. What is included in the amounts charged for my reservation?
All prices charged to you are exclusive of VAT.
3. How should I pay?
We will provide you with a detailed invoice, so that you know exactly for what items / services you are paying. Payment should be received 20 days prior to the final day of the event. Payment can be made by cheque payable to ‘The Park Royal Partnership’ or by credit card. In exceptional circumstances our Customer Services Manager may agree to accept payment following the event, however, if full payment is not received within 1 calendar month, overdue amounts shall accrue interest from the due date at 1.5% per month.
4. Can I cancel my reservation? Can Park Royal Partnership cancel my meeting?
Please advise our Customer Services Manager of any cancellations, who will make arrangements to refund you. The Park Royal Partnership reserves the right to cancel meeting. In the unlikely event that this should happen, we will give you 24 hour notice and immediately refund to you any advance payment you have made.
