The Park Royal Partnership is governed by a Board of Directors chaired by Alan Coates. The PRP Board consists of key business stakeholders from the Ealing, Brent and Hammersmith & Fulham boroughs as well as from business people in the Park Royal area.
The Group is run by Nick Monger-Godfrey, Chief Executive, and his Executive Management team which consists of Brian Hinchley, Deputy Chief Executive, Gurnam Selvarajah, PRW Director, Naima Omasta Milson, BBV Business Unit Manager and Rena Kazinou, Head of Corporate Resources.
The Team
Nick Monger-Godfrey, Chief Executive
Nick Monger-Godfrey joined PRP as Chief Executive in May 2008. Previously, he spent 11 years working with the John Lewis Partnership, initially as a management consultant and then as a partner. He directed the development of their John Lewis Partnership’s corporate strategy in environmental protection, ethical sourcing and trading and community investment. Previously he was a management consultant with Ernst & Young.
Nick is also a non–executive Director of the Thames Valley Renewable Energy Association, a non-executive and founder Director of Sedex (Social Ethical Data Exchange), Director and Vice Chairman of Bracknell Forest Partnership, a member of Corporate Leaders Group on Climate Change, Chair of IGD Committee on Carbon Measurement, Member of the Carbon Trust Steering Group on Carbon Reduction and Labelling, and a Trustee of the John Lewis Foundation.
In October 2007, Nick was named one of the top 100 corporate communicators in the UK by the Corporate Comms Magazine. He is a graduate in Geography and Geology and an MSc in Environmental Law.
Brian Hinchley, Deputy Chief Executive
Brian joined PRP in January 2006. Previously he worked at Kent Thameside Delivery Board, a gateway regeneration agency. Prior to this he had worked in both the public and private sectors. In his current role, Brian leads on all finance, legal, procurement, human resource and information technology functions of the business. He is also Company Secretary for the PRP companies and is the lead on governance.
Brian is the director managing Park Royal Workforce Limited and Brent Business Venture Limited, wholly owned subsidiary companies of PRP, that provide services to businesses. Brian is also project lead on the delivery of projects co-financed through the European Regional Development Fund.
Gurnam Selvarajah, PRW Director
Gurnam is a Director of Park Royal Workforce. She has a BSc Honors in Psychology and MSc in Business Studies. Gurnam has worked in the private sector for 7 years within blue-chip top 250 companies delivering recruitment services both in-house and commercial recruitment up to Executive level. She also has purchasing and supply chain management experience of the end to end Purchase Order/Sales Order process; project management – merger and integration of companies systems, processes and people. She has also worked for 6 years in SME companies delivering public sector contracts to date.
Naima Omasta Milson, BBV Business Unit Manager
Fluent in English, French and Arabic, Naima is an experienced project development manager and strategic planner. Born in Morocco, she has a Bachelor of Engineering honours degree from the University of North London. She worked as a software development engineer, and later was Head of Enterprise and ICT at Keeping It Simple Training, and before that was a Project and IT Manager at TGEC.
Away from work, Naima campaigns for children’s charities, especially a charity supporting children whose parents died from AIDS in South Africa.
Rena Kazinou, Head of Corporate Resources
Rena Kazinou joined Park Royal Partnership in 2006 as the Customer Services Manager. Previously she worked as the Customer Relations Manager at Harrods Ltd and as a Casework Manager at the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC). In her current role as the Head of Corporate Resources, Rena is responsible for the oprational aspects of the business, and for managing corporate projects. As part of her role, Rena oversees a range of functions within the business, to include the Group's Membership Scheme, Marketing & Events, Communications and PR. Rena is also responsible for ensuring quality of service around the Partnership's ICT and Facilities Management. In addition, Rena leads the development and promotion of Park Royal London, by closely monitoring the performance of all commercial services, as well as by monitoring the performance of funded projects accross the Group.
Rena is a PRINCE 2 Practicitioner and has accompilished a BSc in Business Studies, an MSc in Innovation and Organizational Change, as well as an MSc in Information Technology Security. She speaks fluent Greek.
