The Park Royal Partnership (PRP) was formed in 1992 by large companies based in Park Royal and the three London Boroughs of  Ealing, Brent and Hammersmith & Fulham.  The Park Royal Partnership Group is a privately owned urban regeneration and inward investment agency, committed to the promotion of the economic and environmental sustainability of Park Royal, Europe’s largest industrial estate.  Occupying 750 hectares in West London, Park Royal is the industrial heart of London, home to 2000 businesses and 40,000 employees.  At present, the group has nearly 500 active members that support its activities in the local community.

Over the years, the PRP Group has provided strategic leadership in developing and co-ordinating regeneration and economic development policies and lobby the government and London agencies to ensure that maximum resources are invested in Park Royal.

Our core strategic objectives are:

  1. To create and secure long term employment for local residents
  2. To attract and create businesses and support their growth and prosperity
  3. To create a sustainable business environment by investing in the estate’s transport infrastructure, real estate and public realm

The Group is one of the largest and longest established regeneration delivery agencies in West London, and over the years it has built a strong reputation in managing the delivery of joint public – private sector funded projects. Over the last six years PRP has overseen the investment of over £33 million in capital and revenue grants from public sector funding agencies, leveraging a further £82 million investment from the private sector. Combined, this funding has supported literally hundreds of estate based improvement programmes, the results of which can be quantifed as follows. In the last four years alone, we have helped create and safeguard over 4,000 jobs, provided business support to over 2,500 businesses, delivered hundreds of personal development training courses, created 60 new businesses, resurfaced 10% of the estates roads, reclaimed 45 acres of land, improved over 1,500 sqm of green space, improved or created 90,000 sqm of business space and restored 6km of traffic free walking and cycling routes across the estate.

It has also provided seed funding for innovative projects such as Fastbus, a £40m waste to energy plant, London's first Food Innovation Centre, a Public Realm strategy, Integrated Transport Plan, and business mentoring programme.

For all that we have achieved over the last few years, we are still only six years into our ten year strategy and we still have much to achieve. With further public and private sector investment we can make Park Royal the most sustainable and economically productive industrial space in Europe.
