Park Royal has many freight, delivery and transport businesses that rely on good access into and out of the estate, often at all hours of the day. Many other companies across all sectors rely on regular deliveries and/or pick ups using a variety of commercial vehicles.
The Park Royal freight route map (see pdf in related documents), launched at the Park Royal Transport Management Association (TMA) reception in September 2006, is the first initiative of its kind for an industrial estate in London.
PRP research on freight related issues for Park Royal businesses showed main issues are:

Park Royal Partnership also supports Transport for London in investigating the possibilities of using the Grand Union Canal as a major freight route for aggregate and waste. |
