Capital improvements

Park Royal Partnership works with the boroughs, businesses and landowners to improve the public and private areas of the estate. We want to create thriving estates where businesses can carry out their day-to-day operations efficiently, and where staff can access their place of employment freely, and feel safe and secure.

We have access to a limited amount of capital funding for estates improvements.  Businesses need to show that the investment will benefit a wider estate area or group of businesses, and keep jobs in the area.  Businesses or landowners in the geographic area benefiting from these improvements must make a financial contribution towards the project.

The type of improvements considered;

• Boundary fencing and CCTV
• Frontages and landscape (2 or more neighbouring business premises)
• Lighting/ pedestrian access
• Drainage and road surface

PRP encourages businesses to work collaboratively to improve their business environment.  We will facilitate and support the business/landowner to achieve the right structure to improve public services.
