The Park Royal Food Innovation Centre (FIC) is a specialised facility providing a state of the art development kitchen, training suite and offices, and will act as a hub for food processing,   manufacturing and packing companies in London.

The Park Royal Food Innovation Centre is part funded by a grant of £200,000 from the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund ( ERDF )

PRP is working with a range of consultants, suppliers and partners to deliver one to one advice, clinics, training, briefings, industry networking events and technical support to FIC registered clients and visitors to the FIC.

The Food Innovation Centre offers eligible clients a technical support package delivered by the world-class food and drink research association, Campden BRI.  Campden BRI provides a wide range of support to over 2,000 member businesses from across the UK and internationally.

Campden BRI offers the following at no charge to eligible FIC clients:

-Associate Membership of Campden BRI until 31 March 2011
-Telephone helpline for technical support
-Web access to latest information re UK food and drink research
-Regular updates regarding legislation/Labeling and new technologies suitable for SME’s
-Set of essential Best Practice & Guideline documents suitable for SME needs
-Face to face advice from Campden BRI representatives via regular clinics at the FIC

Campden BRI also offers additional benefits to FIC clients who take up membership:
-Full Campden BRI services at member rates eg. consultancy, training, testing and analysis, access to and participation in Technical Panels
