1. E- Innovate
Service Description
The aims of this project is to create sustainable businesses through innovation and eco-performance. It will improve the productivity and competitiveness of SME’s as well as addressing the barriers they face in implementing innovation and environmental best practice within their business.
Service Description
What will the client get from this? What are the benefits?
• Up to 12 hours of business assistance with a business mentor, innovation and eco-performance specialists.
• Up to 12 hours of networking facilitation and support to help businesses foster mutually beneficial and cross sector collaborations.
• At least 12 hours of support to disseminate and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Specialist environmental advice.
• Implementing environmental improvements through recommendations from the audit.
What are the elligibility criteria?
SME = < 250 employees
Trading for min 6 months: Some flexibility allowed but each potential client must prove ability to help themselves by showing relevant resources in place to innovate and grow with assistance.
Less than 50 million euro’s turnover
Less than 200,000 state aid over past 3 fiscal years

2. Collaborate to Compete
Service Description
The aims of this project is to improve the performance and capacity of businesses to compete by sharing good practice and through innovation based on collaboration with other businesses.
What will the client get from this? What are the benefits?
• Get information and assistance that can help them move their businesses forward.
• Share information or techniques that they have found useful.
• Find partner(s). Businesses may be seeking collaborators for many reasons including; developing new processes, products, entering new markets, capacity etc. In many cases the exact nature of the collaboration may not have been fully worked out.
• Share of good practice.
• Minimum of 12 hours of support

3. Cultural Business Investment
Service Description
This project is designed to help SMEs/Micro business from the creative industries including apparel/fashion, hair, beauty, craft, and performance artists, DJs etc to develop, grow and be sustainable.
What will the client get from this? What are the benefits?
Access to tailored specialist sector focussed business growth support, to intensive product targeting to pre national and international marketing assistance.
• 1:2:1 counselling sessions on their product, service and marketing overview and suitability.
• Sector-led workshops.
• Workshops and 1:2:1 counselling sessions tailored to the identification, preparation for participation in regional and national trade fairs/events, including London Fashion Week and Crafts and Gift Fairs.
• Minimum of 12 hours of support.
What are the eligibility criteria?
