Business Development Grants

Park Royal Partnership Limited operates the Business Development Capital Grant scheme that encourages businesses to locate in the Park Royal funding area and those already established in the area to grow through investment to make better use of space and capital machinery that will create new jobs, safeguard existing jobs and be of a sustainable nature.

The funding must be regarded as ‘assistance of last resort’, which means you must have explored all commercial and other public sector sources of funding first and is limited to 15% of a capital spend excluding VAT for businesses of up to 49 employees and 7.5% for businesses up to 250 employees. The maximum grant available is £15,000.
