We have partnered with Crowley Energy Systems to bring a wide range of innovative energy efficiency devices, a range that will have a solution for all businesses on the estate. In addition, Crowley will also enable bulk purchasing of electricity, gas and fuel oil in order to secure more competitive pricing. Under this scheme, and as part of our ongoing committment to promote a low carbon economy on the estate, we will provide monitoring services and specialist advice to ensure businesses benefit from correct tariff pricing and to provide advice on fixed tariff negotiations. Businesses on the estate can benefit from free efficiency audits to identify opportunities to reduce consumption.

Under the scheme, Park Royal Partnership is launching a £1 million investment fund. Businesses can apply for a grant from this fund to cover any capital costs of installing the latest and greenest technology to create energy efficiency.  At the same time by bringing together the businesses on the estate, we are able to develop an integrated energy management solution.
