We have partnered with Powerday, a significant regional waste collector and treatment company, operating a state of the art 1.6 million ton recycling centre in Old Oak Common. Businesses on the estate participating in this scheme will benefit from cost effective waste removal services and recycle 100% of the waste collected at the Powerday facility. Cost associated with waste collection and management are typically high for SMEs in the estates, as those are dependent on volume and route densities. By partnering with a local waste collector, and as participation to the scheme increases, businesses will benefit from improved pricing on waste collection and management. Under this scheme our aim is to provide more competitive pricing by negotiating better rates for collective waste on the estate and reducing distribution costs.
