Join our breakfast meeting at Monarch House, on Wednesday 13 October 2010, to learn more the ACAS Code of Practice for Disciplinary & Grievances.

 

This practical and informative workshop is offered for employer, HR professionals, as well as managers to understand how to conduct a disciplinary or deal with a grievance within your company. This workshop will help you understand who has what rights, how far you can push back, how not to prejudge a person or a situation. This breakfast meeting really is for those who have to deal with employee issues, and it is designed to help you gain confidence in your ability to carry out the procedures fairly and consistently, in so that you can defend your position in case of a tribunal claim against you.

 

As part of this breakfast meeting, we will review recent case law and the impact that those case decisions will have on business. Our specialist consultant Anne Egleton, Managing Director of EC4YOU is qualified with a CIPD Postgraduate Advanced Certificate in Employment Law, a member of the CIPD and has extensive corporate experience in both setting up and managing the HR function.

 

Following this highly intensive session, you can book a 15 - 20 minute 1-2-1 meeting with Anne to discuss in confidence specific HR issues affecting your business.
