A Networking evening designed for those in the manufacturing and construction sector. This evening will consist of workshops, an exhibition and networking activities to help build your customer base and move your business forward.
How you will benefit:
Apart from leaving with a pocketful of business cards and potential new business leads, this event will help you acquire greater confidence in your networking skills. There will also be a number of industry relevant exhibitors to interact with.

Workshop one:

Introduction to networking

This workshop is ideal for anyone who has not attended a networking evening before.  Get some tips on how to use your time effectively, getting quality contacts and utilising them once the evening is over. 
Speaker Biography
Manpreet is a Consultant with 3 years experience in working in sales and marketing roles, most of which has been focused on B2B business development, where clients have ranged from renown multinationals to SME’s in London.  Manpreet has been responsible for managing and delivering a number of marketing, recruitment and training contracts both a local and national level. 
Since joining CLR Management & Training Consultancy Ltd, Manpreet has focused on creating both business and people solutions for SMEs, voluntary/community organisations and those that operate under the social enterprise model. This includes aiding them to develop their vision, mission and strategy and operationalising these via sound business processes right through to designing and implementing training and development and employee support programmes.  Having come from a background in Blue Chip sales, Manpreet’s focus tends to follow the marketing and revenue generation aspects of business support.

In the best of times, it is important to get your marketing right; in a recession, it becomes absolutely vital.  In a shrinking market, you need to increase your market share just to stand still.  To grow, you need to do even more.  This is an opportunity to find out some of the key tools you can use to raise the profile of your business, drive more prospects to your websites, generate new customers, find new markets, get more value out of your existing customers.
In this session we will cover:

• On line marketing - does it work?
• Create more value from your existing customers
• Find new customers
• Identify new markets
